Lin-Bo Liu received his Master degree in Engineering at school of Mineral Processing and Bioengineering, Central South University in Professor Subiao Liu’s group in year 2023, and then he continued to study as a Ph.D. candidate with the research interests in water splitting and carbon dioxide electrolysis on perovskite oxides.
7. Congratulations, You-Zi Wang and Tong Zhang received their Master degree in Professor Subiao Liu’s group in year 2024, and wish them continued hard work and greater success in the future.
Youzi Wang received his bachelor degree in Engineering from Jingdezhen Ceramic Institute. He entered Central South University as a mater candidate, and joined Professor Subiao Liu's group in September 2021. During his master's degree, he mainly focuses on the design of high-performance perovskite oxides for CO2 electrolysis in solid oxide electrolysis cell at elevated temperatures, achieving excellent results. He published a paper in Small titled "Emerging Nanomaterials toward Uranium Extraction from Seawater: Recent Advances and Perspectives" He will then join the Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt Co.,ltd. Wishing him good luck in his work and welcoming him back to visit anytime.
Tong Zhang received his bachelor degree in Engineering from Wuhan University of Science and Technology. Then he entered Central South University to pursue a master degree, and joined Professor Subiao Liu's group since 2021. During his master's degree, he worked on constructing new transition metal compounds for room temperature electrochemical reduction of carbon dioxide to high-value liquid products, achieving excellent results. He published a paper in Chem Catalysis titled "Smart Design Strategies of Metal-Based Compounds for Electrochemical CO2 Reduction: From Microscopic Structure to Atomic-Level Active Site." He will then continue his doctoral studies at Fudan University. Wishing him well in his academic career and welcoming him back to visit anytime.
2. Welcome Yan Li and Ya-Lin Song join Professor Subiao Liu’s group to pursue their master degree.
Yan Li (left) received her bachelor degree in Engineering from Northeastern University, and then entered Central South University to pursue a master degree. From September 2023, she joined Professor Subiao Liu's group with a research interest in solid oxide electrolysis cell at elevated temperatures.
Ya-Lin Song (right) was graduated from Fu Zhou University in June 2023 with a bachelor degree in Engineering. In September 2023, he entered Central South University and joined Professor Subiao Liu's group with a research interest in the construction of novel transition metal compounds for electrochemically converting CO2 to high-value liquid products at room temperature.
