VersaSCAN SECM (AMETEK VersaSTAT 4)
(Pictures are for study only)

1.VersaSCAN SECM integrates a positioning system, two VersaSTAT potentiostats and a tapered polished ultramicroelectrode probe. The diversified technologies of SECM provide high spatial resolution and can be applied to the research of reaction kinetics, biosensors, catalysts and corrosion mechanisms.

Characteristics:

■ Compatible potentiostats: VersaSTAT 3F and VersaSTAT 3/3F/4.

■ The available approximation curve experiment includes two imaging modes: "feedback" mode and "generation acquisition" mode.

■ Combined with the surface topography measurement technology, such as the typical non-contact micro area topography scanning system OSP, the sample surface can be scanned at a fixed distance,

■ VersaSTATs is equipped with operating software with different functions, which can provide a powerful set of non scanning electrochemical tests, depending on its unique software mode.

2.VersaSTAT 4 Electrochemical Workstation is built on the new outstanding design of VersaSTAT 3 Electrochemical Workstation, providing you with more high-speed, flexible and high-precision performance to meet your series of advanced electrochemical applications. The standard large current enhancement is 1A. At the same time, the 20A current amplifier option is provided, which enables your research to be carried out on this instrument from the initial battery research and development, fuel cell research, to the charging and discharging experiments of finished batteries. At the same time, it also faces the challenge of the next generation of new battery research. The low current design of fA resolution and pA accuracy makes it possible to study low current applications, such as sensors, corrosion, inhibitors, and coating technology with optional FRA. The additional analog noise filtering adds bandwidth filtering to the current test and adds stability to the capacitive electrolytic cell, making the VersaSTAT 4 electrochemical workstation a better choice for corrosion application research. VersaSTAT 4 electrochemical workstation can meet your various research and application needs with its outstanding performance in VersaSTAT series.

Characteristics:

■ Low current performance with enhanced fA resolution and pA accuracy

■ Up to 1A standard current output, with multiple current amplifier options 2A-20A

■ 2 µ s time resolution ensures fast data acquisition and scanning speed

■ Additional current and voltage analog noise filtering function provides more outstanding performance noise ratio measurement

■ Built in FRA frequency response analyzer (optional), supporting electrochemical impedance test, with a frequency range of 10 μ Hz-1M Hz

■ VersaStudio software as standard
